The product (glass sliding doors for 2 condo balconies) and installation services provided by Glass Network have exceeded my expectations. Initially, I sent an enquiry e-mail to Glass Network and 7 other similar companies listed on the internet. Glass Network was the only one to respond in less than 24 hours and a preliminary measurement appointment was arranged on the next working day.
The preliminary appointment was carried out very professionally and efficiently; the team arrived on time, the product and design were explained and discussed in detail and we were given a clear idea of the final product and service to be provided. We received a comprehensive quotation on the same day and follow-up phone calls. The actual installation appointment also ran very smoothly. There were no delays and the installation was both clean and problem-free.
Communication (via e-mail and telephone) throughout the entire process was exceptional in terms of response time and clarity. Mr Chau catered to our specific requirements, tight delivery timeline and gave us excellent advice on issues such as the type of glass appropriate to our needs. In addition, administrative matters such as sending us quotations, invoices, list of workers and other documents etc were handled extremely professionally and efficiently. I did not have to make multiple requests or follow-up calls – Mr Chau led the entire process.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the final product and service and would gladly recommend Mr Chau and Glass Network to friends and family.
